Job Description

As a Repulping Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations in our repulping department. This pivotal role focuses on managing a team responsible for recycling paper and optimizing repulping processes. Your expertise will ensure compliance with safety protocols and production targets while leading initiatives for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the repulping process to enhance product quality.
  • Ensure that all safety procedures are followed by the team.
  • Provide training sessions for continuous skill development.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide necessary feedback.
  • Engage in problem-solving and decision-making to improve processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory role in the pulp and paper industry
