Job Description

Looking for an experienced Project Manager who can handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You'll ensure that project objectives are met while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere focused on delivering high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for all IT inquiries and incidents.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of IT equipment.
  • Work closely with third-party vendors for repairs and services.
  • Ensure compliance with company security policies.
  • Perform routine audits on hardware and software.
  • Support the development of training materials for end-users.
  • Participate in IT projects to enhance overall support services.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in an IT support role
