We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Furniture Packer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently and safely packing furniture items, assisting with loading and unloading, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in packing furniture for shipping.
• Monitor packaging materials and request supplies as needed.
• Conduct quality assurance checks before items leave the warehouse.
• Assist in organizing the warehouse layout for optimal efficiency.
• Stay informed on safety procedures and compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow.
• Assist with training new staff on packing procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs for inventory control.
• Ensure proper handling of fragile items.

Requirements

Education

• Some college experience preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing role, preferably in furniture packing.

Technical Skills

• Heavy lifting techniques
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking

Languages

• English: Fluent
