Job Description

Join our dynamic healthcare team as an Anesthesiologist Assistant, where you will work closely with a skilled team of anesthesiologists and surgeons. This position demands a high level of attention to detail and the ability to respond quickly to the needs of patients in a surgical setting.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain anesthesia delivery systems for various surgical operations.
  • Monitor patients' hemodynamic stability and adjust anesthesia dosages as needed.
  • Assist in troubleshooting anesthesia equipment malfunctions in real-time.
  • Work with the surgical team to optimize patient care and comfort during procedures.
  • Implement infection control measures and ensure adherence to guidelines.
  • Document all aspects of anesthesia care provided to patients.
  • Participate in case reviews and contribute to departmental quality assurance initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Anesthesia Technology or related field is preferred
Experience
  • Experience in advanced monitoring techniques and devices.
