Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of a strategic training curriculum focused on cybersecurity.
• Engage with employees to gather feedback on training effectiveness.
• Monitor evolving cybersecurity trends to improve training content.
• Work with external experts to deliver specialized training sessions.
• Ensure all training materials are accessible and user-friendly.
• Conduct regular reviews of training programs to keep them relevant.
• Foster inclusivity by ensuring diverse perspectives are considered in training content.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the cybersecurity workforce.
• Facilitate workshops to encourage peer-to-peer learning.
• Report training activities and outcomes to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Cybersecurity or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in workforce development within the cybersecurity sector.
