Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Home Appliance Repairer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you'll diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve appliance issues in a timely manner.
• Keep detailed records of repairs and service calls.
• Provide estimates to customers before starting any repairs.
• Assist in maintaining an organized workshop and inventory.
• Conduct regular training sessions for junior staff.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service on all service calls.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements and challenges.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new appliance models.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in appliance repair or related field

Technical Skills

• Electronics troubleshooting and repair
• Mechanical aptitude
• Soldering skills

• Strong communication skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a manufacturing environment: Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Knowledge of PLC programming: Understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers in appliance repair.
• Experience with robotics and automation: Ability to work with appliances that involve automated components.
