We're on the hunt for an experienced Construction Inspector to join our Houston team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections on ongoing projects to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations. You'll be the key player in maintaining high standards and quality control within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate construction sites and materials to ensure readiness for inspection.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to resolve design discrepancies.
• Develop and implement inspection plans and schedules for ongoing projects.
• Educate construction teams about best practices and compliance strategies.
• Report on non-compliance issues and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to the development of safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• Certification as a Construction Inspector is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in building inspection or related fields
