Job Description

As a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers, you will focus on leading a team of skilled workers to optimize production efficiency and product quality, while actively participating in training and mentoring new employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of production workers to meet or exceed production goals.
• Ensure all safety regulations are strictly followed and maintained.
• Identify process bottlenecks and work collaboratively to resolve them.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement among team members.
• Document and report production performance metrics regularly.
• Collaborate across departments to support product development initiatives.
• Assist in the development and execution of training programs for staff.
• Provide feedback and guidance to team members to enhance their performance.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree in Manufacturing or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or supervisory role
