Join our dedicated team as a Hairspring Truer, where you will employ your expertise in manipulating and adjusting hairsprings. This role is foundational in maintaining the quality and reliability of our mechanical watches, crucial for our reputation in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Adjust and modify hairsprings to meet precise specifications.
  • Utilize tools such as magnifying lenses and calipers for accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to enhance watch performance.
  • Perform detailed inspections to ensure the highest quality standards.
  • Document processes and results for future reference.
  • Support the production team in meeting project timelines.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in horology or related field
  • Bachelor's in Watchmaking preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in a similar role highly desirable
