Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager in Seattle, you will play a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving product adoption. You'll work directly with clients to understand their goals, troubleshoot challenges, and facilitate a seamless experience with our solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute customer success plans tailored to each client’s goals.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Collaborate across departments to align client objectives with company offerings.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries.
  • Develop materials for training and customer education sessions.
  • Foster a culture of feedback within the organization to enhance service quality.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in customer success or project management
