Job Description

The Comfort Station Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of public restrooms in a designated area. This role involves stocking supplies, cleaning and sanitizing facilities, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. We are seeking individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure restrooms are fully stocked with necessary supplies at all times.
  • Conduct routine inspections of restroom facilities to maintain cleanliness.
  • Respond promptly to visitor inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while on the job.
  • Assist with training new staff members on cleaning protocols.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to address operational needs.
  • Support other facility-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Prior experience in customer service or janitorial roles is a plus.
