Cable Way Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cable Way Operator to ensure the smooth operation of our cable way systems. In this role, you will manage the transportation of passengers to various scenic destinations while prioritizing their safety and comfort. Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the cable cars, ensuring efficiency and safety protocols are met.
• Conduct pre-operational checks and ensure all safety measures are in place.
• Engage with passengers, providing information and assistance as needed.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with the technical team.
• Respond to emergencies or unexpected situations with prompt action.
• Maintain logs of operational data and incidents.
• Train new operators on safety protocols and operational procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associates degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• Prior experience in tourism or transportation sectors is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Safety protocols knowledge

• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• First Aid and CPR certification: Knowledge of First Aid and CPR can be advantageous.
