As a Subway and Streetcar Operator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of rail transit operations. Your responsibilities will include operating trains, maintaining communication with control centers, and providing exceptional customer service to passengers.

Responsibilities

• Operate rail vehicles in adherence to all safety regulations.
• Directly communicate with control centers regarding train status and emergencies.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for all passengers.
• Engage with passengers to enhance their travel experience.
• Document incidents and assist in investigations as required.

Requirements

Education

• Valid driver's license

Experience

• Experience with train control software platforms is a plus.
