Panel Saw Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Panel Saw Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently operating a panel saw machine to cut materials for various projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in operating panel saw machines and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Cut wood materials to the desired dimensions using the panel saw.
• Handle various types of materials while observing safety guidelines.
• Document production data and maintain accurate logs.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Train new operators on machine setup and safety procedures.
• Adhere to quality standards in all cutting and assembly processes.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in woodworking or machinery operation is preferred

Experience

• Additional experience with CNC machines is a plus.

• CNC Operation
• Quality Control

Certifications

• Forklift Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• CNC Panel Saw Experience: Familiarity or experience with CNC panel saw machinery.
• Blueprint Reading: Ability to understand complex blueprints and technical specifications.
