Job Description

As a Nuclear Monitoring Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining the security and integrity of our computer systems. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and analyzing security logs to identify potential threats, responding to security incidents, and implementing protective measures to safeguard sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute plans for security testing.
• Conduct forensic analysis following security breaches.
• Maintain an inventory of security-related hardware and software.
• Collaborate with vendors for security products and services.
• Investigate new technology and tools for security improvements.
• Provide input to system architecture to enhance security.
• Participate in security training and awareness campaigns.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of current security measures.
• Document and analyze security incidents for future improvement.
• Promote a culture of security awareness among employees.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Cybersecurity

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IT security or system protection roles

Technical Skills

• Intrusion Detection Systems
• Encryption Technologies

Certifications

• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)

Languages
