We are looking for an experienced Harvesting Supervisor to guide our team in executing harvesting tasks efficiently and safely. This position requires leadership skills and expertise in agricultural practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor performance metrics for the harvesting operation.
• Maintain accurate reports on labor, yield, and equipment status.
• Liaise with management to address any operational challenges.
• Implement best practices in agricultural harvesting techniques.
• Participate in regular safety audits and training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in field supervision

Technical Skills

• Crop Management

Certifications

• Pesticide Applicator License

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
