Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Threshing Operator to operate and maintain threshing machinery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with agricultural equipment and a keen eye for detail to ensure high production quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate threshing equipment effectively to maximize throughput.
• Maintain and service equipment after use.
• Assist in training new staff on machinery operation.
• Document daily production and machine maintenance records.
• Work with agronomists to optimize harvesting procedures.
• Report any safety hazards to supervisors immediately.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Solid experience in agricultural operations preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in agriculture or machinery operation

Technical Skills

• Heavy Equipment Operation
• Basic Mechanical Skills

• Problem-Solving Skills
• Self-Motivated

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in crop harvesting: Prior experience in harvesting operations is advantageous.
