Job Description

As a Wooden Box Maker, you will take lead in designing and constructing wooden boxes based on client specifications. This role involves measuring, cutting, and shaping wood into aesthetically pleasing and functional designs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new box styles to enhance product offerings.
• Conduct regular quality checks of the woodworking process.
• Work with the production manager to streamline the production workflow.
• Provide training and guidance to junior woodworking team members.
• Assist in inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Portfolio of previous wooden box projects is preferred

Experience

• Proven experience in woodworking is a plus

Technical Skills
