Job Description

The Agricultural Equipment Operator will play a crucial role in our farming operations by efficiently operating and maintaining harvesting machinery. This position requires strong technical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize harvesting machinery to ensure optimal productivity.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and necessary repairs.
• Monitor crop conditions to adjust harvesting methods.
• Work closely with the agriculture team to coordinate tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment.
• Train new operators on machine usage and safety.
• Document and report any issues with equipment or crops.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in agricultural machinery operation preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in agricultural operations
