Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Animal Caretaker to work with reptiles and help promote conservation efforts. You will play a critical role in the care, feeding, and education of our animal residents.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily feedings and care for reptiles, ensuring dietary needs are met.
  • Create enriching environments for reptiles to promote natural behaviors.
  • Identify and report potential health issues to veterinary staff.
  • Engage with visitors, providing informative and engaging educational experiences.
  • Support breeding and conservation research efforts.
  • Collaborate with fellow staff members in animal care tasks.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Zoology, or related field
  • Advanced degree in zoology is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field preferred
