Job Description

As a Cyber Operations Planner, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement cybersecurity strategies that protect our organization’s assets and information. You will work closely with IT teams to assess vulnerabilities, conduct audits, and provide guidance on best practices. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring the security of our infrastructure against a backdrop of evolving threats.

Responsibilities

  • Create and enforce cybersecurity protocols across the organization.
  • Perform risk analysis, including audits of existing security measures.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams on cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Update security management tools and practices in line with best practices.
  • Report on security metrics and incidents to senior management.
  • Establish training sessions for new and existing employees on cybersecurity matters.
  • Participate in incident response planning and execution.
  • Engage with external partners and vendors for better security solutions.
  • Develop reports on compliance with security regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity.
