Job Description

As an Aquaculture Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our aquaculture operations. You will ensure compliance with environmental regulations and develop strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise breeding, feeding, and harvesting of fish to meet quality targets.
  • Set and monitor departmental budgets and financial targets.
  • Collaborate with research teams to innovate production techniques.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in aquaculture or related field
  • PhD is a plus

  • 10+ years of experience in aquaculture management
