Job Description

As a Rail-Track Laying and Maintenance Equipment Operator at Infrastructure Solutions Inc., your expertise will be vital in maintaining the integrity of our railway systems. You'll work with heavy machinery to inspect, repair, and lay rail tracks, ensuring safety and efficiency in transportation.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily maintenance tasks on railway tracks and components.
• Engage in continuous safety training and professional development.
• Collaborate with the engineering team on infrastructure improvements.
• Operatively manage materials for track repairs effectively.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately.
• Stay updated on railroad safety regulations and best practices.
• Fulfill tasks as assigned by the Operations Supervisor.
• Provide input during team meetings about operational improvements.
• Assist in emergency response situations related to track issues.
• Perform additional duties as required to support the team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience related to construction or manual labor is preferred.

Languages
