UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate UX Designer to join our dynamic team in New York. In this role, you will drive the user experience design process, from research and user testing to wireframing and prototyping. You will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to create intuitive user interfaces, enhancing the user journey across our products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the user experience design process from ideation to launch.
• Create and maintain design system components and guidelines.
• Engage with product teams to align designs with business goals.
• Analyze and report insights from user testing sessions.
• Participate in peer reviews and provide constructive feedback on designs.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative team spirit.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in UX design

• Adobe Creative Suite
• HTML/CSS

Certifications

• Certified Interaction Designer (CID)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with motion design: Knowledge of animation and transitions in UI design.
