Job Description

As an Automotive Service Technician, you will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction through the maintenance and repair of a diverse range of vehicles. Your expertise will allow you to diagnose issues, provide timely solutions, and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to assess repair needs.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to identify vehicle issues.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes and costs.
• Maintain inventory of automotive parts and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies.
• Document all work performed in internal systems.
• Assist with managing customer service appointments and follow-ups.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss goals and performance.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of practical experience in automotive repair and service

Technical Skills

• Welding

Certifications

• HVAC Certification (for automotive air conditioning)

Languages

• English: Fluent
