Job Description

As a Social and Community Service Manager, you will lead a team focused on developing and implementing outreach strategies designed to effectively engage local communities. You will play a crucial role in building partnerships with various stakeholders, overseeing community programs, and ensuring our mission resonates throughout the region.

Responsibilities

  • Design outreach initiatives that resonate with local communities.
  • Evaluate community needs by conducting assessments and surveys.
  • Foster partnerships with local leaders and organizations.
  • Supervise the execution of community events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Nonprofit Management, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 3+ years in community service management or social work
