Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean surfaces by applying primer or cleaning agents before application.
• Carefully apply coatings and materials according to specifications.
• Ensure materials are cured and dried correctly.
• Maintain tools and equipment, reporting issues as needed.
• Collaborate with fellow construction workers to resolve any application-related challenges.
• Conduct quality inspections and make adjustments where necessary.

Advantageous

• Ability to operate spray booths: Familiar with operating spray booths and other specialized equipment.
• Project management experience: Preferred experience in managing smaller projects or tasks.
