Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Educational Psychologist to provide psychological support and interventions designed to enhance learning and development. The candidate will engage with students, parents, and educators to create innovative solutions for academic and emotional challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations for students to identify learning difficulties.
  • Create and modify educational plans tailored to each student's unique requirements.
  • Work with parents and educators to support students' educational and emotional growth.
  • Facilitate professional development workshops for educators on psychological principles.
  • Engage in community outreach to promote mental health awareness in schools.
  • Evaluate and refine intervention strategies to increase student engagement and success.
  • Document all findings and interventions in compliance with ethical standards.
  • Advocate for policies and practices that support mental health and well-being in education.
  • Foster a culturally competent approach to psychological services.
  • Provide guidance to students transitioning to higher education or other life challenges.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctoral degree in Educational Psychology or related field is preferred
Experience
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs is a plus.
