Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Event Planner to help orchestrate exceptional events in Sacramento. This role involves managing all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and client communication. Responsibilities

• Manage logistical details such as transportation and accommodation for events.
• Assist clients in developing event goals and objectives.
• Ensure timely communication between all stakeholders involved in the event.
• Develop marketing and promotional materials for events.
• Create a database of preferred vendors for future events.
• Maintain organized records of contracts, invoices, and services provided.
• Coordinate with catering teams to ensure menu selections meet client preferences.
• Supervise event staff and delegate responsibilities as needed.
• Implement digital tools to enhance event planning and execution.
• Actively participate in industry networking events to strengthen professional relationships.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field

• 5+ years of experience in full-scale event planning
