Job Description

As a Mixer at Food Tech Solutions, you will be responsible for preparing and mixing ingredients to create food and beverage products that meet our high standards. Your attention to detail and operational expertise will ensure that our products are consistent and of the highest quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all mixing processes meet FDA and company standards for quality and safety.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in training new team members on equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Participate in daily briefings to review production targets and priorities.
• Contribute creative input for developing new recipes or improving existing products.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in food mixing or blending roles is preferred.
