We are looking for an enthusiast Baker to join our creative kitchen team. This role involves crafting an array of baked goods including breads, pastries, and specialty cakes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and create seasonal baked goods and special orders.
• Ensure all ingredients are measured, mixed, and baked according to standards.
• Clean and sanitize baking equipment and work surfaces.
• Monitor baking times and adjust temperatures as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular quality checks on baked items.
• Participate in community events to promote products and engage with customers.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Culinary Arts degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in high-volume baking

Technical Skills

• Recipe development

Certifications

• ServSafe Food Handler Certification

Languages
