Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support Technician based in Miami to provide hands-on support and technical assistance. You will be the first line of defense in resolving user issues, managing hardware and software, and ensuring reliable operation of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to user support requests via various channels.
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot as needed.
  • Assist with the installation and configuration of new hardware.
  • Work closely with IT team members to enhance the IT support process.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support role
