Job Description
As a Computer User Support Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting users with their technical issues. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems, ensuring a smooth computing experience.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware issues on user devices.
Provide remote support using various troubleshooting tools.
Maintain an inventory of software licenses and hardware assets.
Support the onboarding process for new employees by setting up their workstations.
Collect user feedback to improve IT services and support.
Work closely with IT teams to implement security measures and backups.
Conduct training sessions for users on new software and technologies.
Create knowledge base articles for common support issues.
Participate in IT projects as required.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies.
Requirements
Education
Associate's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
1-3 years of experience in PC support or related field
