Job Description

The Work Force Advisor will play a pivotal role in managing staffing needs across various departments. This position requires a strategic thinker who can assess and anticipate the workforce requirements while aligning them with the organization’s goals. Strong communication and relationship-building skills will be essential as you collaborate with department managers to develop effective workforce staffing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular assessments of workforce needs against strategic goals.
  • Facilitate workshops and training for staff on workforce development.
  • Monitor and report on retention rates and turnover statistics.
  • Engage in strategic workforce planning to align talent with future business needs.
  • Advise on workforce-related policies and procedures.
  • Create a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Utilize HR technologies for effective talent acquisition.
  • Plan and execute employer branding strategies.
  • Continuously seek feedback from stakeholders to improve service delivery.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in HR or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-volume staffing environment

  • ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
