Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gore Seamer to join our team. As a Gore Seamer, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the Gore Seam machine, ensuring the production of high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Run and oversee operations of the Gore Seam machine.
• Conduct quality control checks on finished goods and provide feedback for improvements.
• Ensure machinery is in good working condition through regular maintenance.
• Assist team members in troubleshooting machine-related issues.
• Comply with workplace safety regulations and protocols.
• Work closely with supervisors to coordinate production schedules.
• Record and report production data and any discrepancies or issues.
• Engage in continuous learning and skills development related to machine operation.
• Foster a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Textile Manufacturing preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in textile manufacturing preferred.

Technical Skills

• Gore Seam Machine Proficiency

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Machine Maintenance Certification: Certification in machinery maintenance would be an advantage.
