Pool Attendant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Pool Attendant to ensure safety and cleanliness at our facility. The ideal candidate will monitor pool activities, enforce rules, and provide exemplary customer service to guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of all individuals using the pool.
• Enforce pool rules and maintain a positive environment.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks on pool equipment and furniture.
• Assist in the training of new staff in safety and operational procedures.
• Keep detailed records of pool maintenance and safety inspections.
• Engage with guests to create a welcoming poolside atmosphere.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to improve pool operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• First Aid training

Experience

• Experience with pool chemical maintenance is advantageous
