Job Description

Join our manufacturing team as a Basket Operator! In this role, you'll operate a specialized basket weaving machine and be responsible for producing high-quality baskets. Your keen eye for detail and ability to follow safety protocols will ensure the success of our production line.

Responsibilities

• Run and troubleshoot the basket weaving machine as needed.
• Perform regular maintenance checks to prevent breakdowns.
• Verify that safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and suggestions.
• Assist in other manufacturing processes as needed.
• Provide feedback on machine performance to management.
• Ensure that material waste is minimized during production.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in operating specialized manufacturing equipment is a plus
