Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Lodging Manager to oversee all aspects of campground operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service, staff management, and operational efficiency, ensuring our guests enjoy a pleasant and memorable experience.

Responsibilities

  • Direct overall campground management and operational strategy.
  • Assist in marketing and outreach efforts to boost bookings.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
  • Ensure environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives are met.
  • Participate in budgeting and financial forecasting.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in campground or facility management
