Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Physician to join our team. In this role, you will provide specialized mental health services to children and adolescents, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of psychiatric disorders.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive assessments to identify mental health needs in children and adolescents.
  • Design personalized treatment plans and adjust them as necessary over time.
  • Monitor patient responses to treatment to optimize care.
  • Engage with families to provide support and education around mental health.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions to promote peer support.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and resources to support patient welfare.
  • Engage in research and community outreach to enhance mental health awareness.
  • Attend and participate in clinical supervision and peer consultation.
  • Document clinical decisions and patient progress in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution
  • Completed residency in psychiatry and fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry is preferred
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in clinical practice with children and adolescents
