Job Description

As a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers, you will oversee the canning process of our powder and primer products, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production team to reach operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with established safety protocols and procedures.
• Train new hires on machinery and safety standards.
• Identify areas for operational improvement and implement changes.
• Conduct performance evaluations of production staff.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of production metrics.
• Serve as a liaison between management and production staff to facilitate communication.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in manufacturing technology or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supervisory role within manufacturing
