Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine operation with a focus on precision and quality.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently set up and operate machinery for crushing, grinding, and polishing tasks.
• Monitor production quality and adjust processes as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.
• Comply with all company policies regarding health and safety.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions.
• Perform regular inspections of machinery to prevent downtime.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certificate in machining or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with machine operation.

• Equipment maintenance

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of woodworking techniques: Understanding of various woodworking processes and methods.
