Job Description

As a Tire Builder, you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling tires according to specifications while ensuring quality and safety protocols are upheld. You will play a critical role in our production team, utilizing your skills to produce top-tier tires for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble tires to meet production quotas.
• Operate and maintain tire production equipment.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections of finished products.
• Adhere to safety standards while performing duties.
• Maintain a tidy and efficient workspace.
• Collaborate with colleagues to streamline production processes.
• Take part in staff training and development initiatives.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
• Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of production issues.
• Gather and record production data to assess performance metrics.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly roles is preferred

Technical Skills

• Ability to operate machinery and tools
• Physical stamina and strength

• Problem-solving aptitude

Languages

• English: Fluent
