As a General Production Manager, you will be at the forefront of overseeing our production facility's operations. You will ensure seamless workflows and maintain the highest quality standards in output. Your leadership will drive the production team to meet and exceed operational goals, while strategically optimizing resources.

• Maintain accurate records of production metrics and inventory levels.
• Train and develop production personnel to enhance skills and performance.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team.
• Engage with suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure quality materials.
• Prepare reports for upper management on production performance.
• Drive innovation in production techniques to maximize yield.
• Mitigate risks associated with production bottlenecks and downtime.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• At least 7 years of experience in production management
