Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Plating Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating tin pot machines, monitoring production to ensure quality output, and performing routine machine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot tin pot machines to improve production efficiency.
• Check for defects in products and implement corrective actions where required.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety practices.
• Conduct machine cleaning and maintenance to prevent downtime.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.
• Follow up on production schedules and report on completion rates.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience working in a food and beverage manufacturing environment preferred.

Technical Skills

• Troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read technical drawings

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience working in food and beverage manufacturing: Hands-on experience in a similar production environment is a plus.
