As a Patient Resource Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting patients in accessing and utilizing available resources to enhance their healthcare journey. You will assess patient needs, provide support and guidance, and connect them with appropriate services to promote better health outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social work, or related field preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in a healthcare or social services setting is desirable.
