Job Description

As a Funeral Pre-Need Consultant, you will meet with clients to discuss their pre-need funeral plans, helping them make informed decisions about their options and arrangements. Your role is crucial in guiding families through sensitive conversations and providing them with the products and services they need.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences regarding pre-need arrangements.
  • Guide clients in selecting caskets, memorials, and other service options.
  • Document all client interactions and manage follow-up communications.
  • Educate clients on various pre-need plans available to them.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to build trust and satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
  • State-specific licensure may be required
Experience
  • Previous sales experience preferred, ideally in the funeral services industry
Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite
