Job Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate State Board of Nursing Educational Consultant to provide guidance across nursing educational programs. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with state regulatory requirements and promoting high-quality nursing education.
Responsibilities
- Analyze state regulations to advise nursing educators on compliance.
- Conduct assessments and site visits to evaluate nursing education quality.
- Create resources to assist nursing programs in meeting compliance standards.
- Work with state boards to update and disseminate regulations.
- Develop metrics for evaluating the success of nursing programs.
- Promote high-quality education by facilitating professional development.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
- Master's degree in related fields is considered an advantage
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in nursing education or regulatory role
