Job Description
We are seeking knowledgeable and empathetic individuals for the role of Parole Agent. Your responsibilities will include monitoring parolees, reporting any violations, and providing guidance to help them reintegrate successfully.
Responsibilities
Monitor parolees for compliance with release conditions.
Conduct assessments to determine the needs of parolees and provide appropriate referrals.
Testify in court regarding parole violations when required.
Collaborate with various agencies to promote rehabilitation efforts.
Maintain up-to-date records and case files.
Execute crisis intervention when necessary.
Participate in community outreach programs.
Attend and participate in training sessions to enhance skills.
Document all findings and interactions with parolees accurately.
Facilitate workshops and discussions aimed at reintegration.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work, or Psychology
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in criminal justice or social work
