As a Hearing Aid Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with hearing impairments. This position requires you to assess, fit, and provide ongoing support for hearing aids, ensuring client satisfaction and effective hearing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' needs and recommend hearing aids tailored to their lifestyle.
• Perform necessary adjustments during fittings to optimize comfort and performance.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
• Educate clients and their families on the proper use and maintenance of hearing aids.
• Document audiometric results and hearing aid fittings accurately.
• Participate in workshops and training to enhance skills and knowledge in audiology.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and comfort.
• Engage in community outreach to promote hearing health awareness.
• Collaborate with the sales team for potential product innovations.
• Ensure all documentation complies with state and federal regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Audiology, Hearing Sciences, or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in hearing aid dispensing.
