Job Description

As a Pattern Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling patterns and templates for various products in the manufacturing sector. Collaborating closely with designers and engineers, you will ensure precision in pattern production, leading to high-quality outputs.

Responsibilities

• Utilize sewing techniques to fine-tune patterns.
• Analyze feedback from production to enhance patterns.
• Create pattern samples for testing and validation.
• Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to introduce innovative assembly methods.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards for pattern assembly.
• Provide input on material selection based on project requirements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in fashion design or related fields is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in pattern assembly or textiles manufacturing

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of various fabrics
• Experience with pattern cutting tools

Soft Skills

• Communication skills
• Creativity

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous experience in the textile industry: Hands-on experience working in a textile or apparel manufacturing setting.
